Yahuza Bala is gearing up for a comeback with Niger Tornadoes as they prepare to take on Rangers this Sunday, according to a report by Media Talk Africa.
Bala was sidelined for Tornadoes’ last two matches against Katsina United and Abia Warriors due to an injury. However, he is now set to rejoin the squad for the upcoming clash against the Flying Antelopes at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.
Having scored two goals for the Ikon Allah Boys this season, Bala’s return is seen as a significant boost for caretaker coach Majin Mohammed as they aim to climb out of the relegation zone.
In addition to Bala, midfielder Idris Saidu will also be back in action after serving his suspension for accumulated cautions.
Currently sitting in 17th place in the table with 24 points, Niger Tornadoes will be looking to turn their fortunes around with the return of key players like Bala and Saidu.
