Flying Eagles head coach, Ladan Bosso, has officially announced the 20-man squad that will represent Nigeria in the upcoming 13th All African Games in Accra, Ghana. Among the notable players selected are captain Daniel Bameyi, midfielder Daniel Daga, and goalkeeper Nathaniel Nwosu.
The Nigerian team will compete in Group B of the men’s football event, facing off against Uganda, South Sudan, Senegal, and Tunisia. The matches will be held at the prestigious University of Ghana Sports Stadium in Legon.
After their departure from Abuja on Tuesday, the players and officials will be gearing up for intense competition as they aim to improve upon their runner-up finish in the previous edition of the African Games in Rabat, Morocco.
