NNL Players Ready to Shine at 13th Africa Games in Ghana

The Nigeria National League is rallying its players to shine at the upcoming 13th Africa Games in Ghana. Four standout players – Andy Clinton Ezekiel, Ime Godwin Sampson, Oladunjoye Shola Yinka, and Sunday Joseph – have been selected to represent the Flying Eagles squad in the football event.

NNL Chairman, George Aluo, is confident in the talent within the league, believing that these players have what it takes to excel on the national stage. With Coach Ladan Bosso at the helm, Aluo is optimistic about Nigeria’s chances of securing a medal at the games.

Aluo encourages the players to showcase their skills and seize the opportunity to make a mark on the global football stage. He calls on other national team coaches to follow Bosso’s lead and scout for talent in the NNL.

The football event is set to kick off on March 8, 2024, with Nigeria facing tough competition in Group B against Senegal, Cameroon, and Morocco.
