2024 Olympic Games Qualifiers: Super Falcons vs Banyana Banyana Showdown

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced the dates for the highly anticipated 2024 Olympic Games qualifiers between the Super Falcons of Nigeria and Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

The first leg of this exciting matchup is set to take place at the iconic Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja on Friday, April 5. Fans can expect a thrilling display of skill and determination as these two powerhouse teams go head-to-head.

The action doesn’t stop there, as the reverse fixture is scheduled to be held at a yet-to-be-named venue on Tuesday, April 9. The stakes are high, and both teams will be vying for a chance to secure a coveted spot at the 2024 Olympic Games.

Leading the charge in the first leg will be Algerian referee Ghada Mehat, with a team of talented officials including Asma Feriel Ouahab and Lamia Atman from Algeria, and Mariem Cheddad from Mauritania. Senegalese Fadouma Dia, a former FIFA referee, will be overseeing the match as referee assessor, while Ghanaian Chrstine Ziga will serve as commissioner.
