Nollywood star Susan Pwajok has shared a harrowing experience from her past, revealing how her family home in Jos, Plateau State, was destroyed by Boko Haram militants while they were inside. Recalling the traumatic event, Susan described how the terrorists set their house ablaze, forcing her, her grandparents, and her cousins to seek refuge in the garden as they watched their home and belongings go up in flames. The attackers even targeted her grandfather’s vehicles, including his hilux and benz, leaving nothing untouched.

“It was a devastating moment for us,” Susan shared. “To see everything we had worked for, our memories, our childhood home, reduced to ashes. We had to start from scratch and rebuild our lives.”
