Joseph Aloba, the father of the late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad, has refuted claims of orchestrating an escape for Owodunni Ibrahim, also known as Primeboy, following his son’s tragic passing.

In response to statements made by the deceased’s mother, Bosede Adeyemo, Aloba clarified that he had no involvement with Primeboy since the incident occurred. He emphasized that the only interaction he had with Primeboy was during a court appearance.

A statement released by Aloba’s lawyer, Monisola Odumosu, emphasized that Aloba is solely focused on seeking justice for his late son and has not engaged in any discussions with Primeboy regarding the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.

Dismissing Adeyemo’s claims, the statement highlighted Aloba’s commitment to uncovering the truth and urged Primeboy to cooperate with the authorities to reveal any information he may have.

Mohbad, a talented artist signed under Marlian Records, faced a tragic demise, prompting investigations that led to the arrest and interrogation of Naira Marley, the owner of Marlian Records, and Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry. Primeboy, Mohbad’s childhood friend, was also sought by the police and eventually surrendered himself.

As the investigation continues, Primeboy has been required to report to the State Criminal Investigation Department regularly as part of his bail conditions. The authorities are determined to ensure accountability and justice in the case of Mohbad’s untimely death.

Through unwavering perseverance and dedication to the truth, Joseph Aloba remains steadfast in his pursuit of justice for his beloved son, Mohbad. The quest for answers continues as the investigation unfolds, shedding light on the circumstances surrounding the tragic loss of a promising young talent.
