Pheelz Reveals Transition from YBNL Producer to Full-Time Artist after COVID-19 Scare

Nigerian music sensation, Moses Kayode Phillips, popularly known as Pheelz, has recently opened up about his journey from being a renowned record producer to a full-time artist. In a candid interview with The Beat 99.9 FM in Lagos, Pheelz shared his inspiring story of resilience and determination.

Reflecting on his near-death experience, Pheelz expressed a newfound sense of urgency to make the most of his talents. “COVID-19 happened and I had to really think about my life because I caught the virus and almost died,” he shared. “I was like, ‘I have to die empty if at all. You can’t have all these awesome stuff [talents] inside you and you’re afraid. Don’t care, just die empty’.”
