Led by a dedicated team of country researchers and stakeholders, the research process involves a meticulous examination of current policies, their effectiveness, and their impact on youth employment. The findings of the study shed light on critical issues such as underfunding, inadequate targeting, and political influences, underscoring the urgent need for more effective and inclusive youth employment policies across the continent.
