Governor Sim Fubara Vows to Keep Nyesom Wike’s Camp Restless in Rivers State

Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has made a bold declaration to keep the camp of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, on edge. The tension between the two political figures has been escalating, with Fubara dismissing a purported list of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Caretaker Committee members for the State as fake.

The rift between Fubara and Wike, who is his predecessor, has plunged Rivers State into a state of turmoil. Despite the ongoing crisis, Fubara remains steadfast in his stance against what he deems as the work of “cheap publicity seekers and agents of crisis.”

Addressing the audience at the ground breaking of an automobile spare parts market in Port Harcourt, Fubara emphasized the importance of clarity and transparency in political processes. He clarified that the extension of the Executive Councils of PDP in various states, including Rivers, was not intended to introduce new names or undermine the authority of the Governor.

Dismissing the circulating list as a fabrication, Fubara assured the public that the decision to extend the Executive Councils would be ratified at an upcoming NEC meeting. He condemned the actions of those seeking media attention through deceitful means, likening them to “empty drums” that make the most noise.

In a show of defiance against his opponents, Fubara vowed to continue making them restless and unpredictable. He reassured concerned citizens that the fabricated lists circulating on social media hold no weight and urged them to remain calm amidst the chaos.

As the political landscape in Rivers State remains tumultuous, Governor Sim Fubara’s unwavering determination to uphold integrity and transparency serves as a beacon of hope for the future of the region. His commitment to exposing falsehoods and maintaining order in the face of adversity sets a precedent for ethical leadership in challenging times.
