In a tragic turn of events, Halilu Kundila, a dedicated member of the Kano State House of Assembly, has passed away at the age of 59. Representing the Shanono/Bagwai State Constituency under the All Progressives Congress, Kundila’s sudden death has left a void in the political landscape of the state.
According to a family source, the lawmaker succumbed to a brief illness at his residence on Saturday night. The news of his passing has sent shockwaves through the community, prompting a swift response from his colleagues and constituents.
The funeral prayer for Kundila was held the following morning in his hometown of Kundila, located in the Shanono Local Government Area. The somber ceremony was attended by dignitaries, including House of Representatives member Yusuf Badau, as well as fellow members of the state assembly.
