Atiku to feature in Arewa dialogue in Kaduna

The Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, will be hosted at the Arewa Joint Committee interactive session with presidential candidates on Saturday in Kaduna.

The event is to be organised to torch light the policy ideologies of presidential candidates of six respective political parties in Nigeria, and Atiku’s session will be featured at 1:00pm.

The media adviser to the presidential candidate of the party, Paul Ibe, noted that the interactive session was organised by  several groups, including; the Arewa Consultative Forum, Arewa House, Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, Northern Elders Forum and Arewa Research and Development Project, among others.

“The dialogue promises to be another opportunity for the PDP presidential candidate to relay his policy document titled, ‘My Covenant with Nigerians’ to the audience at the event.”

Since the flag-off of the presidential campaign in Uyo on Monday 10, 2022, the party did not continue with scheduled programmes in Kebbi and Zamfara states.

However, the Director General of the Presidential Campaign Council, Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State, stated that the campaign was not suspended but would continue on Monday, in Kaduna State.

The Saturday Kaduna dialogue is an event scheduled on the campaign time table and a rally is to follow on Monday in the state.
