Iran Warns Against Israeli Retaliation, Threatens Strong Response

Iranian military officials have issued stern warnings to Israel following recent missile and drone attacks over the weekend. In a statement reported by Iran’s official state news agency IRNA, Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi cautioned the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Germany against supporting Israel, threatening a stronger response from Iran if Israel retaliates.

“We remind the leaders of the US, UK, France, and Germany to cease their support for the oppressive regime in Israel,” Shekarchi stated. “Iran has demonstrated its commitment to peace and is not seeking to escalate conflict. However, any further aggression from Israel will be met with a forceful response.”

In an interview with Al Jazeera, an Iranian official emphasized that Iran has a range of options at its disposal to counter Israeli actions. The official condemned Israel’s aggressive behavior towards Iran, asserting that attempts to intimidate Iran will not succeed.

The escalating tensions between Iran and Israel have raised concerns internationally, with the potential for further conflict looming. As the situation unfolds, the world watches closely to see how the delicate balance of power in the region will be maintained.
