Comrade Ebunoluwa Famuti: SPN Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate Dies at 55

The Socialist Party of Nigeria (SPN) is mourning the loss of Comrade Ebunoluwa Famuti, their former deputy gubernatorial candidate, who passed away at the age of 55. Famuti, a dedicated member of the SPN and a staff of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) in Oyo State, was laid to rest in her hometown of Uso in Ondo State.

In a heartfelt statement released by the party’s state secretary, Comrade Ayodeji Adigun, Famuti was remembered as a passionate advocate for social justice and a staunch supporter of the socialist movement. She played a vital role in the SPN’s 2019 election campaign, offering her vehicle for campaign use and actively participating in party activities and community outreach efforts.
