Ibadan Circular Road Project Gets N3.5 Billion Boost

  • The council approved N3.5 billion for clearing bushes and earthworks along a 36.7km section of the North-East segment of the Rashidi Ladoja Ibadan Circular Road.
  • This project aims to complement the completed South-East segment and improve overall traffic flow.
  • The construction is expected to last for six months.

Governor’s Lodge and State Liaison Office in Lagos to Undergo Renovation

  • A separate N322 million project was approved for the renovation and remodeling of the abandoned Governor’s Lodge and State Liaison Office at Ikeja, Lagos State.
  • The project is expected to take three months for completion.

Other Notable Approvals

  • The council also approved the reconstruction of the 0.5km Mapo roundabout to Oritamerin road in Ibadan for N373 million.
  • In a move promoting job security, Governor Makinde approved the integration of 129 former staff members of the Oyo State Agricultural Development Programme into the state civil service.

Oyo State Invests in Wema Bank and World Bank Projects
