Speaking with newsmen in Ibadan, Olagunju urged residents of the state to come out and vote for their choice at the poll, saying their votes would surely be counted.

He maintained that the commission has a robust collaboration with security agencies in the state to ensure free, fair, and credible polls.

He said: “15,000 security personnel will be involved in Saturday’s election based on numbers of our polling units.

“Restrictions on Saturday will start by 6 am and end at 4 pm, the election will start at 8 am and end by 3 pm.

“Distribution of non-sensitive election material has started since Monday, and we have also begun distribution of sensitive materials since yesterday.”

He, however, thanked the governor of the state, Seyi Makinde for his support and for creating a level playing ground for both the voters and all political parties in the state.
