Set against the backdrop of the circa 70s, ‘Blacksmith’ (Alagbede) unfolds the timeless tale of Adio, a humble blacksmith, whose life takes a tumultuous turn when he falls in love with Omotoke, a woman from a privileged background. As Adio endeavours to provide for Omotoke, he delves into risky ventures, leading to strained relationships and the unraveling of truths.

Directed by Ogunlade ‘Blackky’ Usman and featuring a stellar ensemble cast, including Femi Adebayo, Eniola Ajao, Odunlade Adekola, and Iyabo Ojo, ‘Blacksmith’ (Alagbede) explores themes of love, friendship, and redemption in the face of adversity.
