The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the much-anticipated 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results. Over 1.94 million candidates who registered and sat for the UTME examination can now check their scores through two convenient methods.

Method 1: Checking Results Online via the JAMB eFacility Portal

  • Visit the JAMB eFacility Portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/login
  • Log in with your Email Address and Password used during registration.
  • After logging in, click on the “Check UTME Results” button.
  • Your scores will be displayed on the screen.

Method 2: Checking Results via SMS

  • Open the messaging app on your mobile phone.
  • Create a new message.
  • Type “UTMERESULT” (all caps) followed by your JAMB Registration Number.
  • Send the message to either 55019 or 66019.
  • You will receive an SMS reply from JAMB containing your scores for each subject taken.

Please note that checking your results via SMS incurs a service charge of N50, which will be deducted from your mobile phone airtime balance.

This year, the examination began on April 19 and concluded on April 29, 2024, with a total of 1,989,668 candidates registered for the examination. However, only 1,904,189 candidates were present and verified, with 2,899 present but unverified, and 80,810 absent.

For more detailed information and updates, candidates are advised to visit the official JAMB website or contact JAMB directly.
