Controversial rapper Speed Darlington recently made headlines with his candid remarks on the ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ podcast. When asked to name his favourite artists, excluding Davido, Darlington made it clear that the DMW boss was not on his list.
“Did I tell you Davido is on my list?” he retorted, expressing his disinterest in the popular singer.
In a surprising turn, Darlington also admitted that his previous social media claims about winning a Grammy in the future were made under the influence of an illicit substance. Despite this, he remains committed to his dream of running for the presidency in the future.
Darlington criticized Nigerian politicians, accusing them of being “masters of rigging” and emphasizing that the president should be chosen by the people, not imposed upon them.
“A president doesn’t force himself on to the people,” he added, reflecting his belief in the democratic process.
