Adindu Victor, popularly known as Babyboy AV, has announced the termination of his working relationship with his former management team, Longitude Promotions. The singer, who signed a contract with the agency in March 2021, decided not to renew the contract when it expired earlier this year.

According to a statement released by the artiste, the decision was influenced by several factors, including lack of proper communication, lack of transparency in dealings involving him, and other personal reasons.

The statement also clarified that with the termination of the contract, Longitude Promotions no longer had the authority to represent AV in any capacity. This includes negotiating contracts, collecting revenue, or using his intellectual property for promotional purposes. AV’s lawyers, Mos Legal, issued a warning against the unauthorised use of the singer’s intellectual property and requested a full accounting of all revenues and expenditures made during the contract period.

Despite the change in management, AV expressed optimism about the future of his career. He thanked his fans for their unwavering support and assured them that the decision to part ways with Longitude Promotions was in the best interest of his career. The singer also promised his fans that he had plans to expand his horizons and deliver more music to his audience.
