The leading family‑entertainment channel Africa Magic will premiere a new Igbo series, *Nwaanyi Ike*, today, targeting fans of local content in the Nigerian movie industry. The 26‑episode series, directed by Victor Okpala and Richard Nwosu, will premiere exclusively on Africa Magic Igbo and GOtv channel 11. It follows an Igbo family thrown into turmoil after the death of the patriarch, as the surviving heirs battle for his property. Notably, *Nwaanyi Ike* is the first Igbo‑language series originally produced by Africa Magic.
