Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has revealed that he was invited to Davido’s wedding and would have been among the groomsmen if not for rapper Zlatan Ibile.
During an Instagram live session with fans, Portable said, “I was invited for Davido’s wedding. If Zlatan Ibile hadn’t ruined my friendship with Davido, I’d have been among the groomsmen.”
The wedding of Davido and Chioma, held at the Eko Hotel and Suites, attracted dignitaries including Governors Ademola Adeleke (Osun), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos), Alex Otti (Abia), and Godwin Obaseki (Edo), former President Olusegun Obasanjo, and the Ooni of Ife, HRH Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
Celebrities in attendance included Zlatan Ibile, Ini Edo, Paul Okoye, Patoranking, Cubana Chief Priest, and B-Red, among others.
Portable and Davido fell out after Portable accused Davido of giving him “bad advice” during a recent dinner in the United States. This led to Davido unfollowing Portable on Instagram. Portable later claimed that Davido abandoned him after using him to trend.
