Nollywood Actor Yul Edochie Responds to Backlash Over Second Marriage

In a viral post on Instagram, Nigerian actor Yul Edochie has hit back at critics of his relationship with his second wife, Judy Austin. Edochie, who shared a loved-up photo with Austin, accused his critics of being uncomfortable with the couple’s happiness and resorting to spreading lies and paying people to speak negatively about them.

However, Judy Austin denied the infidelity allegations, stating that she met Yul Edochie many years after her divorce.

In his post, Edochie wrote in pidgin and English, “Our progress and happiness dey pain so many people. It’s giving them sleepless nights. That is why they keep coming up with all sorts of lies against us, they are now paying people to lie against us.” He also stated, “Una never see anything. Una go talk tire. When you talk finish, you hug the transformer. Our matter will send you all to the hospital. You cannot bring us down.”
