Arsenal Legend Urges Club to Sign Swan-Sweden Star Isak

Former Arsenal winger Jermaine Pennant has called for the Gunners to snap up sought-after striker Alexander Isak from Newcastle United. Pennant believes the 23-year-old Swedish international has the skills to help his former club win the Premier League title.

Pennant, who played for Arsenal between 2005 and 2006, has been impressed by Isak’s finishing ability, which he believes sets him apart from other strikers in the league. "Alexander Isak would be a perfect signing for Arsenal or Liverpool," Pennant said in an interview with UK Sun. "He’s got the stature of a big 9, which is great to have. He can finish, which we’ve seen at Newcastle."

Isak, who has been linked with a move to Arsenal and other Premier League clubs, has been in scintillating form for Newcastle this season, scoring 10 goals in 13 appearances. Pennant is confident that the Swedish striker would bring an added dimension to the Gunners’ attack, stating that he could "take Liverpool or Arsenal to the next step by winning the Premier League."

With Arteta’s side currently leading the Premier League table, the signing of a clinical finisher like Isak could be the key to securing a first title in 19 years for the Gunners. Will Alexander Isak become the latest blockbuster signing at the Emirates Stadium? Only time will tell.
