Samsung Rolls Out New Programme to Enhance Smartphone Repair Skills Worldwide

Samsung has announced a new programme aimed at sharing its advanced smartphone repair skills with its global service centres. The tech giant will dispatch company experts to different countries to teach repair techniques and improve the overall user experience. This programme is part of Samsung’s effort to bridge the disparity in repair service quality between South Korea and the rest of the world.

In the first phase, the company sent a "Galaxy service expert instructor" to Samsung Electronics India, who shared his expertise with eight major service centres in the country. The instructor’s main focus was on single-piece repair, which disassembles the display unit, frame, battery, and replaces only the necessary parts. This requires high-level technical skills and specialized equipment.

The programme has already yielded positive results in India, and Samsung is set to expand it to other countries. Next month, the company will send a home appliance and TV service specialist instructor to the Philippines to teach local workers the know-how of AI home appliances.

Samsung’s initiative aims to not only improve the quality of repair services but also enhance the customer experience. The programme will focus on repairs, customer consultations, and other aspects of the service process.

With this move, Samsung demonstrates its commitment to sharing its expertise and expertise with its global customer base. By improving repair skills and customer services, the company is setting a new standard in the industry.
