The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has listed money bouquets as a form of naira abuse.
CBN made this known in a post on its Twitter handle on Friday.
It listed other forms of Naira abuse as spraying, selling, squeezing, and defacing.
CBN, therefore, urged Nigerians to report persons abusing the Naira by calling its toll-free hotline 08000200200.
“It is your civic duty to protect the Naira. Report Naira abuse today.#StopNairaAbuse #RespectTheNaira #BePatriotic,” the apex bank tweeted.
