Satanic Agenda Against Dangote Refinery: Atiku’s Aide Blames Tinubu

A dramatic and heated exchange has unfolded on social media, with Paul Ibe, media adviser to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, blaming President Bola Tinubu for a perceived "satanic agenda" against the Dangote Refinery.

Ibe, in a post on his X handle, claimed that it is now "crystal clear" that both local and external interests are working together to "kill and bury" the Dangote refinery. He urged Nigerians to hold President Tinubu responsible if this alleged agenda succeeds.

The statement, which has sparked outrage and concern among many, is believed to be in response to a recent report by Media Talk Africa, which stated that Dangote Refinery has yet to receive 26 million barrels of crude allocation facilitated by the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).

According to Ibe, the drama is playing out before everyone’s eyes, and Nigerians must take notice. He is calling on citizens to hold President Tinubu accountable for any harm that may come to the refinery.

The development is the latest in a long history of controversy surrounding the Dangote Refinery, which has faced numerous challenges and setbacks since its inception. The refinery, one of the largest in the world, was expected to become a major driver of Nigeria’s economic growth and development.

However, with tensions running high, it remains to be seen what will ultimately happen to the refinery and who will ultimately be held responsible for any wrongdoing.
