50 Cent Unafraid to Take on Diddy Docuseries, Accuses Jay-Z of Hiding
Rapper 50 Cent has made no secret of his willingness to step into the fire, and his latest move is no exception. In an interview with US Weekly, Fif opened up about taking on the responsibility of producing an upcoming Netflix docuseries about Diddy, titled “Diddy Do It?”
According to 50 Cent, he’s the only person in Hip-Hop culture who has produced hit television, making him the obvious choice to produce the doc. He also emphasized that he’s not present on any of the Diddy party tapes confiscated from the mogul’s homes, which has led to speculation about the involvement of other Hip-Hop elites in Sean Combs’ alleged sex trafficking and sexual assault.
Fif has long alluded to these allegations, and in March, he hit out at Jay-Z, claiming that the Brooklynite has been hiding since Combs was hit with the allegations. On Instagram, 50 Cent posted a series of messages, including “Anybody seen Jay LOL Puff said the [ni*a] ain’t answering his phone. LOL” and “Jay in hibernation he ain’t coming outside till this sht with Puff blow over. No brunch, no lunch, No dinner. LOL I’M ALL YOU GOT IM OUTSIDE!”
50 Cent found a new home for his Diddy docuseries in May, with Netflix winning a “massive” bidding war. The project will now be a documentary detailing the Bad Boy founder’s multitude of sexual assault, rape, human trafficking, and abuse allegations.
With his latest move, 50 Cent has once again proven himself to be unafraid to take on controversy and speak his mind. Whether or not his claims about Jay-Z and Diddy will be substantiated remains to be seen, but one thing is certain – 50 Cent is not backing down from the fire.
