Ekiti State Governor Biodun Oyebanji Praised for Economic and Agricultural Programs

The Yoruba socio-cultural organization, Afenifere, has lauded the economic and agricultural initiatives implemented by Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, for their significant impact on addressing the state’s development needs.

Afenifere Chairman in Ekiti State, Yemi Alade, recently spoke on behalf of the organization during an assessment tour of projects and facilities in Ado Ekiti and neighboring communities. Alade represented Afenifere Deputy State Chairman, Bayo Idowu.

According to Alade, the various agricultural interventions initiated by the government have the potential to effectively tackle poverty and hunger in the state. He commended Oyebanji’s efforts in road construction, housing, security, health interventions, and education, among other initiatives.

While acknowledging the progress made by the governor, Alade urged him not to rest on his laurels, suggesting that there is still more that can be achieved to further benefit the people of Ekiti State.

The Afenifere Chairman’s comments are a testament to the significant strides made by the Ekiti State government under Governor Oyebanji’s leadership.
