Nicki Minaj Wins Battle Against Online Troll Who Clamored She Was Crack Addicted

Nicki Minaj Wins Court Battle Against Nosey Heaux Over Defamatory Social Media Posts

Nicki Minaj has emerged victorious in a court battle against Marley Green, also known as Nosey Heaux, over a series of defamatory social media posts. The rapper pursued legal action against Green after the latter made a string of nasty posts about Minaj, starting in 2022.

Green’s primary claim was that Minaj was addicted to cocaine, which she repeatedly stated in her posts. Legal documents obtained by TMZ referred to Nosey Heaux as a “nobody” and someone whose main accomplishments in life have been a string of criminal charges, bail jumping, and bad debts.

The settlement requires Green to admit wrongdoing in saying that Minaj snorted cocaine, despite having no evidence of the rapper’s alleged drug use. Green is also prohibited from making any additional comments about Minaj and/or cocaine, and cannot retweet any comments about the rapper’s alleged illegal activities.

Any breach of the agreement will result in Green having to pay Minaj $50,000 per infraction. The court victory marks a significant win for Minaj, who has been vocal about her desire to protect her reputation and well-being.

The drama unfolded when Green made a series of incendiary posts about Minaj, including claims that the rapper’s child would grow up to be a rapist. Minaj’s legal team obtained screenshots of the posts, which they used as evidence in the court case.

The case highlights the importance of online accountability and the need for individuals to think carefully before posting defamatory content. As Minaj’s legal team noted, “The internet is a powerful tool, but it’s not a license to spread hate and misinformation.”

In a statement, Minaj’s team expressed gratitude for the court’s decision, saying, “We are thrilled that the court has recognized the harm caused by Nosey Heaux’s defamatory posts and has held her accountable for her actions.”

The settlement serves as a reminder that celebrities, like Minaj, will not hesitate to take legal action to protect their reputations and well-being.
