Fivio Foreign Addresses Backlash Over Sharing Video of Hard Drugs

Rapper Fivio Foreign has finally responded to the backlash he faced after sharing a video of someone doing hard drugs on social media. The video, which has since been deleted, showed Fivio recording a man doing heroin in Philadelphia. In his defense, Fivio took to Twitter, saying, "We watch this sht everyday on Documentaries.. Don’t get mad at me I ain’t glorying that sht… maybe this ah open yah eyes to why we rap try to get up out this sh*t."

Fivio’s post, however, only seemed to garner more backlash from fans, who called him out for appearing to be excited to be "in the trenches" or around destructive behavior. One fan tweeted, "Lol nia you realize the video got sound, you excited to show you in the trenches at 35." Another account chimed in, "You’re a 34-year-old dck eater with no backbone… Trying justify that sht with music bih you’re part of the problem."

Some fans, however, appreciated Fivio’s message, with one user tweeting, "Helping is lobbying local and state officials to implement TANGIBLE change… Donate to local organizations in da city really outside tryna make positive impacts The ‘realist ninjas’ ain’t doing sh*t in the city and dem [ni**as] on already ova wit. The kids and women the only hope fr."

The incident has sparked a heated debate about the rapper’s involvement in the video and his attempt to justify it. While some see Fivio’s actions as irresponsible and insensitive, others believe he was trying to raise awareness about the issues plaguing his community.
