Vivo X200 and X200 Pro Surface with 90W Charging and Flagship-Grade Dimensity 9000 Series Chipset
Rumors surrounding the Vivo X200 series have been swirling for some time, and it appears that the wait is almost over. According to a recent leak, the upcoming Vivo X200 and X200 Pro smartphones have been spotted on a Chinese certification website, along with benchmark results for the latter.
The 3C certification website revealed three model numbers, which suggest that three phones will be launched by the company. The model numbers V2405A and V2419A are likely to arrive as the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro, respectively. A third device, possibly the Vivo X200 Plus or X200 Mini, was also listed with the model number V2415A.
Notably, the entries for all three models of the purported Vivo X200 series include details of the charger that is expected to ship with these handsets. According to the details on the 3C website, the Vivo X200 series will offer support for 90W fast charging, which is significantly lower than the 120W charging speeds of its predecessor, the Vivo X100.
Benchmark results for the Vivo X200 Pro, which runs on Android 15, revealed that it will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, a flagship-grade processor yet to be announced by MediaTek. The handset is also listed to feature 14.96GB of RAM, which suggests that it will be equipped with at least 16GB of memory. In the Geekbench tests, the handset scored 1,531 points in the single-core benchmark test and 6,135 points in the multi-core benchmark test, indicating that it will be significantly faster than its predecessor.
With the Vivo X200 series expected to launch on October 14, it seems that Vivo is gearing up to introduce some exciting new devices. Stay tuned for more information on these handsets as the launch event approaches.
