Rudeboy Splitting from P-Square Brother, Peter Okoye?

Rudeboy of P-Square Duo Insists on Split with Twin Brother Peter Okoye

Nigerian musician Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, has made it clear that he intends to go his separate way from his twin brother Peter Okoye, also a member of the popular P-Square duo. The brothers’ relationship has been marred by controversy in recent times, with Paul accusing Peter of petitioning the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to arrest him.

In an Instagram live session on Wednesday, Paul expressed his frustration, claiming that he did most of the work while others benefited. Speaking in pidgin, he said, “Those days of monkey dey work, baboon dey chop, I no dey do again. So I would rather continue working for myself. Every time, only me dey sing all the songs. I no dey do again.”

The rift between the brothers has been ongoing since their initial split in 2017, with the duo reuniting in November 2021. However, Paul has recently noted that the situation is more complicated than it appears.

The brothers’ split has left fans of the duo wondering what the future holds for P-Square. Despite their differences, the brothers have built a loyal following and have been a major force in the Nigerian music industry. It remains to be seen how this latest development will affect their careers and the music industry as a whole.

In the meantime, fans are left to speculate about the reasons behind the brothers’ split and what the future holds for P-Square. One thing is certain, however – the drama surrounding the brothers’ relationship is set to continue making headlines in the coming weeks and months.
