Devastating Floods in Maiduguri: BUA Group’s N2 Billion Relief Effort

Maiduguri, Nigeria – In response to the recent devastating floods that have affected thousands of families in Maiduguri, Abdul Samad Rabiu, Industrialist, philanthropist and Founder of BUA Group, has announced a massive relief effort aimed at providing aid to those in need. The organization has pledged a staggering N2 billion to support the victims and recovery efforts in Borno State.

According to Abdul Samad Rabiu, the donation is aimed at alleviating the suffering of displaced persons and communities affected by the floods. “The recent flooding in Maiduguri has caused untold hardship for thousands of families. It is our responsibility and that of my organization to act swiftly and meaningfully in providing relief to those affected,” he said.

The donation includes N1 billion in cash and N1 billion worth of essential food supplies, which will be distributed to the hardest-hit areas to provide immediate relief. In addition, the state government will receive a N1 billion cash donation to ensure that aid reaches those in need as swiftly as possible.
