KSI Ditched Sidemen NFT Plan Due to Ethical Concerns

YouTuber Reveals KSI’s Abandoned NFT Project

In a recent video clip, Vikram "Vikkstar123" shed light on Olajide "JJ," better known as "KSI," pushing for a Sidemen-themed NFT (non-fungible token) project during his "crypto era." The revelation has sparked a heated debate online.

According to Vikkstar123, KSI initially thought the NFT project was the "best idea," but the YouTube collective’s other members were unsure. Vikkstar123 himself was adamant against the project, citing concerns that it would lead to fans getting nothing in return for the potential millions made from the venture. He explained that he did not want to make money at the expense of fans and feared it would damage the credibility of Sidemen’s other businesses.

The former’s concerns were not well-received by KSI, who responded to backlash over his new food and beverage venture, Lunchly, with Jimmy "MrBeast" and Logan Paul. KSI took to X to mock YouTuber Daniel "DanDTM’s" toy line, Youtooz and Tube Heroes, saying, "’B-B-B-But he was talking about food JJ.’ He was sponsored, then promoted and made a whole video on MunchPak to his Minecraft audience full of kids. Now what?" However, KSI’s response was met with criticism, with some netizens stating that "people like DanTDM more" than him.

This development raises questions about KSI’s business ventures and their impact on his audience. While the NFT project was ultimately abandoned, the controversy surrounding it serves as a reminder of the importance of transparency and accountability in the world of entertainment and business.
