The announcement comes amidst a recent flurry of bank license withdrawals and warnings by customers to immediately withdraw their deposits.

In a statement, the CBN’s Ag. Director of Corporate Communications, Hakama Ali, reassured the public of the bank’s unwavering commitment to maintaining a stable and reliable financial system. The development follows reports of certain banks having their licenses withdrawn and customers advised to withdraw their deposits.
