Sex Worker Left Severely Injured After Harrowing Incident in Delta State Brothel
A chilling incident has unfolded in Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area, Delta State, leaving a sex worker in a critical condition after being stabbed by a client. The alleged perpetrator, identified only as Mr. Daniel, is currently in police custody, charged with attempted murder.
According to eyewitnesses, the 20-something attacker allegedly refused to pay his agreed fee, claiming the sex worker had denied him climax during their explicit encounter. The heated exchange allegedly escalated when Daniel picked a knife from the kitchen and stabbed the sex worker, leaving her bleeding profusely.
The victim, whose identity remains unknown, was rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment. A senior police officer from the Agbor Division confirmed the arrest, revealing that a team was dispatched to the scene after a distress call. Upon their arrival, they found the victim in a pool of blood, with the suspect nearly being lynched by an angry mob.
When contacted for comment, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed he had reached out to the DPO of Agbor Division but had yet to receive a response.
