Osimhen Returns to Training for Galatasaray

Osimhen Returns to Training at Galatasaray After Injury Layoff

Turkish football fans can finally look forward to seeing Victor Osimhen back on the pitch, as the 25-year-old Nigerian forward has returned to training with Galatasaray following a muscle injury. Osimhen, who has been sidelined since Galatasaray’s 3-3 home draw against Kasimpasa last month, has missed the team’s last two games.

The extent of Osimhen’s injury was significant, forcing him to miss not only several games for his club but also Nigeria’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double-header against Libya. Galatasaray, however, has been keeping fans updated on Osimhen’s progress, releasing a photo of him in training on their X account on Tuesday.

Although a timeline for the striker’s return to action has not been officially announced, it is reported that he is in line to feature in Galatasaray’s next league game against Antalyaspor next week Sunday. The news will come as a welcome boost to Galatasaray fans, who have been eagerly awaiting Osimhen’s return to action.

As one of the most dangerous attackers in the Turkish Süper Lig, Osimhen’s absence has been keenly felt by his team, and his return to training marks an important step forward for the player and the club. Fans will no doubt be eagerly watching his progress in the coming days, hoping to see the best of Osimhen back on the pitch.
