Kaduna State’s Former First Lady Corrects Ex-Senator Over Economics Blunder

In a surprising turn of events, Hadiza El-Rufai, the former First Lady of Kaduna State, has discredited a recent statement made by former Senator Shehu Sani, a human rights activist. Sani, a former member of the 8th Senate, took to social media to express his opinion on the connection between President Bola Tinubu’s foreign trips and the rise in commodity prices. He argued that the President’s travels out of the country were causing taxes and commodity prices to “go up.”

However, El-Rufai, known for her keen eye for correcting grammatical errors, spotted the post and decided to set the record straight.
