N-BUILDINGS LTD a registered real estate company is passionately introducing a structure renewal product called House Improvement Services (HIS) in Imo State; with the intention of realising the provisions of Urban Renewal. Starting from Owerri the capital city of the State, known as an old city, most of its buildings are old and need renovations to enhance good living conditions, safety of lives and properties and city renewal.
HIS is intended to accommodate the people’s lifestyle and present economic challenges while making it easy to contract and affordable.
The HIS product is designed to make room for client’s easy access by being required to make an equity deposite of 30% of the total cost of renovation works while N-BUILDINGS LTD provides the 70% cost. At completion and handover, the clients begins to repay the 70% plus service charge, 30 days after on a monthly repayment schedule.
