Sony has unveiled the lineup for its PlayStation Plus monthly games for November, introducing three exciting titles for subscribers. Beginning November 5, players can enjoy the arcade racer Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, the supernatural action-adventure Ghostwire: Tokyo, and the online social deduction game Death Note Killer Within. All three games will be accessible across Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers of the subscription service.
Death Note Killer Within makes its debut as a day-one launch title on PS Plus, releasing simultaneously on PC (via Steam), PS4, and PS5. This new addition promises a unique gaming experience where players will need to navigate challenges within the iconic universe of the Death Note anime.
The monthly games lineup, revealed on the PlayStation Blog, will be available to subscribers until December 2. Members can add these titles to their libraries and continue playing them as long as their subscriptions remain active. However, PS Plus members should note that the games from October, including WWE 2K24, Dead Space, and Doki Doki Literature Club Plus!, will be available only until November 4, so players are encouraged to add these titles before they disappear.
Here’s a closer look at this month’s offerings:
Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged is a sequel to the 2021 racing hit, featuring over 130 vehicles from the beloved Hot Wheels franchise. Players can race across intricate miniature tracks and can customize their vehicles extensively. This installment also introduces new vehicle types, including ATVs and motorcycles, and gameplay features like double jumping and a vehicle skill tree to enhance the racing experience. It will be available on both PS4 and PS5.
Ghostwire: Tokyo, developed by Tango Gameworks, adds a spooky flair to the lineup. Set in a deserted Tokyo haunted by spirits and supernatural beings, players step into the shoes of Akito, a boy possessed by a powerful spirit. With new abilities reminiscent of Dr. Strange, players will investigate the mysterious disappearances plaguing the city and confront the eerie entities that roam its streets. This title will exclusively launch on PS5.
In addition to these new games, Sony previously announced other titles joining the PS Plus Game Catalog in October, including Dead Island 2, Two Point Campus, and Return to Monkey Island. The ongoing expansion of the PS Plus offerings underscores Sony’s commitment to providing diverse gaming experiences for its subscribers.
