Ronke Odusanya Opens Up About Crashed Marriage to Saheed Olarewaju

Famous Nollywood actress Ronke Odusanya has broken her silence regarding her troubled marriage to Saheed Olarewaju, popularly known as Jago. In a recent interview with her colleague Bimpe Akintunde, Odusanya revealed shocking details about the factors that led to their separation.

Odusanya disclosed that a mutual friend had falsely informed Jago that she was considering leaving him for a life of prostitution. The friend also alleged that she had spent the night in a senator’s house with their daughter, Fife. This unexpected claim left her in disbelief when Jago confronted her about it.

“My ex later realized that he shouldn’t have listened to the things he heard back then,” Odusanya stated during the interview. She shared her determination to prove her innocence by sending Jago photographic evidence of her whereabouts, capturing the date and time on video as well.

The actress recounted the emotional turmoil she experienced during their separation. “I had nothing when we separated; all my jewelry was taken away, and I fainted. I was wondering where to start,” she reflected. With tears in her eyes, she remembered the day she realized her financial struggles, confessing she had less than N10,000 in her account. Despite her circumstances, Odusanya resolved to push forward, expressing the weight of her predicament: “No money to get accommodation.”

Her candid revelations shed light on the complexities of relationships in the public eye, as well as the personal struggles faced by individuals navigating divorce. As Odusanya seeks to reclaim her life, her story resonates with many who have faced similar challenges in their own relationships.
