Former Big Brother Naija season 7 contestant Eloswag is in the spotlight following the leak of a private video involving him and an unidentified woman. The incident occurred early Sunday morning when Eloswag mistakenly shared the video on his Snapchat account at around 3 a.m. Although he quickly deleted the post, the footage quickly gained traction online after being reposted by a controversial blogger.
In a subsequent reaction, Eloswag took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his frustration over the situation. In a now-deleted post, he questioned how the video had ended up online and indicated his intention to pursue legal action against the blog responsible for sharing the content. He wrote, “I mistakenly posted a video on my Snapchat by 3 a.m. and deleted it immediately, guess who has the video? GISTLOVER? How? Please, can I sue? because it doesn’t make sense.”
Eloswag’s experience adds to a growing list of celebrities in Nigeria who have faced similar situations, including well-known figures such as Moyo Lawal, Tiwa Savage, Oxlade, and James Brown, whose private videos have also surfaced on social media platforms.
This incident highlights ongoing concerns about privacy and the rapid dissemination of sensitive content in the digital age, leaving many public figures to navigate the challenges of maintaining personal boundaries in a highly publicized environment.
