CAFWCL: Edo Queens, FC Masar battle to thrilling draw

Edo Queens were held to a 0-0 draw by Egypt’s FC Masar in their 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League Group B clash in Casablanca on Wednesday.

Moses Aduku’s side created enough chances to win the game but were let down by their poor finishing.

The Nigerian champions maintained the top spot in Group B with four points from two games.

FC Masar have the same points but with an inferior goal difference.

Holders Mamelodi Sundowns got their campaign back on track courtesy of a comprehensive 4-0 victory over Commercial Bank FC of Ethiopia.
