Rwanda are on 5 points from five matches, while Libya are now on 4 points with five matches, with both teams having one match left in the qualifying series.

Nigeria were among four sides to qualify for the 2025 AFCON in Morocco without kicking a ball on Thursday.

Gabon, South Africa and Uganda are also assured of their places after results in their respective groups went their way.
