NPFL: Ikorodu City fired up for Shooting Stars clash — Ojetoye

Ikorodu City captain, Waliu Ojetoye has declared the team’s readiness for the South West derby with Shooting Stars.

The Oga Boys will entertain Shooting Stars at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena Onikan, Lagos, on Sunday (today).

It will be the first-ever meeting between the two teams.

Nurudeen Aweroro’s side head into the game in a confident mood having won their last two league games.

Ojetoye said they are battle-ready for the visitors.

“Playing Shooting Stars is a South West derby, but we are not under any undue pressure. We will bring the same energy from our last games into it,” he told the club’s official website.

“We know what the fans are expecting and we will do our best to make them happy just as we have been doing previously.”
