Al-Hilal centre-back, Kalidou Koulibaly has advised Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson on how to win the Ballon d’Or in the future.
Koulibaly said his fellow county man Jackson has to believe he can win the top individual prize.
Jackson has so far enjoyed a brilliant start to the 2024/25 season at the Premier League West London club.
The Senegal international has scored six goals and provided three assists in 10 matches across competitions for Enzo Maresca’s side.
“Nico Jackson has to believe he can be world-class. All the players who have won the Ballon d’Or believed they could. So you have to put this in Nico’s head.
“I don’t tell him to be selfish and ignore his teammates, but he has to think about the Ballon d’Or.
“If you put this image in his head, he can achieve it. And that’s what I tell him all the time,” Koulibaly told @JacobsBen
