Tinubu: Expect Bishop Kukah’s ‘ballistic open letter’ soon – Shehu Sani

Former lawmaker Senator Shehu Sani has suggested that Bishop Matthew Kukah of the Sokoto Catholic Diocese may soon write an open letter on the state of the nation.

The statement comes after President Bola Tinubu faced a scathing attack from former President Olusegun Obasanjo.

Obasanjo claimed that Nigeria was sinking deeper into a trilemma of insecurity, division, and underdevelopment, which he attributed to weak leadership, widespread corruption, and a lack of accountability.

However, Sani reacted by saying that Obasanjo had fired his usual missile, adding that Kukah’s open letter may follow next.

He said, “Baba Obj has fired his usual missile. It’s the end of the year, Bishop Kukah’s ballistic open letter may follow next.”
