Kwara United head coach, Ashifat Suleiman has commended the team’s courage and determination in the victory over Plateau United.
Emmanuel Ogbole’s brace propelled Kwara United to a 2-0 win against Plateau United in a matchday 12 fixture in Ilorin on Sunday.
Suleiman stated that his players gave their all in the encounter.
“The boys took the game to the opponents, and their resilience brought us the desired result,” Suleiman stated to Kwara United’s media.
Kwara United climbed up to seventh position on the league table with 17 points from 12 matches.
The Harmony Boys will next face Bendel Insurance at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City on Sunday.
