EPL: ‘He makes a difference’ – Hislop picks Chelsea star as season’s signing

Former West Ham United goalkeeper, Shaka Hislop has picked Chelsea’s Pedro Neto as the Premier League signing of the season.

According to Hislop, the Portugal international gives Chelsea a different dynamic in the wide area.

Neto joined Chelsea from Wolves for £54 million in the summer.

Speaking about the Premier League signing of the season so far, Hislop said on ESPN FC about Neto: “Well, he cost Chelsea quite a bit of money. And you knew the player who was coming from Wolves. I just think he gives them a different dynamic in those wide areas. Every time he comes off the bench he changes the game for Chelsea.

“I think he has been one of Chelsea’s brighter lights this season in what has been a very good start to the season for them.”
