NPFL: It’s time for Abia Warriors to end barren streak – Njoku

Abia Warriors captain, Augustine Njoku says it’s time for the team to return to winning ways after a recent winless run.

Imama Amapakabo’s side are winless in their last four league games.

Abia Warriors will entertain Katsina United in a matchday 14 encounter at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Wednesday.

Njoku declared that it is time for the team to bounce back to reckoning.

“Well, it’s a game of football and it has not been a good one for us because of the results lately, I believe against Katsina United we are going to get it right.

“I will say it’s a test game for us and I believe we are going to get the maximum three points here at Umuahia Township Stadium.”
